Trung Khanh Vinh Commune warns people not to cross the spillway in Ba Cang village due to strong water flow.

On the afternoon of November 16, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Thanh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Trung Khanh Vinh commune said that due to the impact of heavy rain, the amount of water flowing into the streams in the area caused the water level to rise. Currently, the spillway at Ba Cang village (the road to the Cho river hydropower plant) has been flooded, the water is flowing very fast and very dangerous.

Trung Khanh Vinh Commune warns people to absolutely not cross the spillway of Ba Cang village in particular and rivers, streams, and creeks when the water level rises or flows rapidly; do not gather to catch fish or firewood; do not let children play near rivers and streams; contact local authorities when there are problems that need support to ensure the safety of life and property during the flood season.
