Connecting job opportunities for construction workers

For the first time, the Can Tho City Employment Service Center (CES) in collaboration with Army Corps 12 (Truong Son Construction Corporation) organized the Construction Industry Job Fair - Online Job Transaction Session for the fourth quarter of 2025. The event attracted 165 businesses to participate in recruitment with over 25,800 vacant positions. Particularly, the Can Tho City Employment Service Center had 45 businesses participating in recruitment; of which, 10 businesses recruited directly with 730 vacant positions and 35 businesses participated in recruitment on behalf of others with over 5,000 vacant positions.

The Construction Industry Job Fair event attracted a large number of workers to participate.

Corps 12 and its affiliated units advise and introduce to workers many job opportunities in the construction sector in the southern provinces and cities.

Businesses conduct online interviews, helping workers access job opportunities quickly and conveniently.

Workers want to find stable jobs that match their skills, especially in the fields of construction engineering - an industry group with great demand.

Within the framework of the event, Can Tho City Employment Service Center organized a mini game; instructing workers on CV writing skills, image building and effective interviewing.
