At the Program, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund awarded 105 scholarships to ethnic minority students in 9 communes and wards in the border area of ​​Lao Cai province, 2 ethnic minority students studying at Pha Long Border Guard Station and 2 ethnic minority students at Yen Bai Ethnic Boarding High School.

Also on this occasion, Lao Cai Province's Scholarship Fund also awarded 40 scholarships to students with good academic and training achievements, with a total value of nearly 150 million VND.
