
Attending the program were Ms. Truong My Hoa - former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President, President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa; Comrade Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee; Comrade Trieu Tien Thinh - Chairman of the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education; members of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, leaders of Lao Cai Ward People's Committee and students receiving scholarships.


At the Program, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund awarded 105 scholarships to ethnic minority students in 9 communes and wards in the border area of Lao Cai province, 2 ethnic minority students studying at Pha Long Border Guard Station and 2 ethnic minority students at Yen Bai Ethnic Boarding High School.
Also on this occasion, Lao Cai Province's Scholarship Fund also awarded 40 scholarships to students with good academic and training achievements, with a total value of nearly 150 million VND.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said: Lao Cai is a mountainous province, education in ethnic minority areas in the province still faces many difficulties. Many families of students in difficult circumstances need the attention, encouragement, sharing and support of education promotion organizations and philanthropists to accompany their children to school. The "Vu A Dinh" scholarships are meaningful gifts, helping them reduce difficulties in life, helping them continue to go to school to build a new, better life.

Speaking at the program, comrade Truong My Hoa, President of the "Vu A Dinh" Scholarship Fund, sent her regards, shared, and encouraged ethnic minority students in the area. Despite their difficult circumstances, they have made great efforts and excelled in their studies.






At the program, sponsors donated funds to the “Vu A Dinh” Scholarship Fund. From this fund, the “Vu A Dinh” Scholarship Fund awarded 105 scholarships, each worth 1 million VND to students; and awarded scholarships for the “Wings of Dreams” project to 4 students, each worth 6 million VND.
On this occasion, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education also awarded 40 scholarships to ethnic minority students who have overcome difficulties to excel in their studies.
