On the morning of October 22, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education held a conference to review the work of the first 9 months of 2025; to discuss the work of promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society with the Association for Promotion of Education of communes and wards.

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Associations at all levels in the province proactively advised the Party Committees and authorities to lead and direct activities to promote learning, encourage talents, and build a learning society in the locality; maintain and develop new members, bringing the total number of members to over 491 thousand people; many typical learning models continued to be maintained and replicated, such as: "Learning Family", "Learning Clan", "Learning Community", "Learning Unit".

Up to now, the whole province has 303,660 families achieving "Learning Family" (over 71%); 1,177 clans achieving "Learning Clan" (over 60%); 2,643 communities achieving "Learning Community" - village/residential group (over 91%); 1,669 units achieving "Learning Unit" (98%).

Many learning models are associated with digital technology applications; organizing specialized classes to train digital skills for people, especially in remote and ethnic minority areas, helping everyone have the opportunity to learn throughout their lives; promptly recording, evaluating, coordinating to commend and replicate all advanced models in ethnic communities, thereby contributing to strengthening trust and promoting the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance in the community.

Associations for the Promotion of Education at all levels actively carry out the work of promoting education, promoting talents, and building a learning society.

The Association for Promotion of Education from the provincial to grassroots levels has actively promoted and mobilized students to attend classes; organized various forms of mobilization to build a fund for promotion of education in the entire association with a total of over 18 billion VND.

From the scholarship fund, the Association at all levels has given gifts to over 32,200 students in difficult circumstances; rewarded students with high academic achievements with a total amount of over 6.6 billion VND; spent over 8.7 billion VND to donate school supplies, clothes, books, and support the construction of facilities for schools.
