Specifically, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will review and urge ministries, sectors, localities, and businesses that are behind schedule to promptly implement preparatory work to ensure the completion of tasks according to the set plan; it will also preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies, and units to prepare speeches by leaders, including content and appeals for support and sharing of difficulties with people and localities affected by storms and floods at the opening ceremony, as well as organize fundraising activities throughout the duration of the Fair in accordance with the law on soliciting and receiving voluntary contributions.
Continue to regularly provide documents and information to news agencies and the press to promote the image and activities before, during, and after the Fair, ensuring diverse and comprehensive communication.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with relevant ministries and agencies, will finalize the detailed script for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, ensuring compliance with the Prime Minister's directives; the program must be organized in a solemn, impressive, professional manner, with high artistic quality, befitting the scale of the largest fair ever held.
Boost communication before, during, and after the 2025 Autumn Fair.
The Ministry of Finance is urgently submitting proposals to competent authorities for consideration and allocation of funds to ministries, sectors, and localities, ensuring compliance with regulations, timeliness, and effectiveness; at the same time, it will continue to support and guide ministries, sectors, localities, and relevant units in the implementation process.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to proactively invite international delegations, heads of state, and heads of international organizations attending the Hanoi Convention signing ceremony to visit the Fair.
The Ministry of Science and Technology is urgently urging science and technology enterprises to actively participate in the science and technology product exhibition area, ensuring that all typical products are introduced, exchanged, and promoted at the Fair.
The Hanoi People's Committee, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies, directed departments, branches, functional units, and market management forces to strengthen inspection and supervision to ensure the quality of goods, food safety, environmental hygiene, and security and order during the Fair.
The Guard Command worked closely with the Hanoi City Police to ensure absolute security and safety for all events at the Fair, especially the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
Vingroup Corporation and Vietnam Exhibition Joint Stock Company (VEC) will continue to work closely with the Organizing Committee to provide timely support and proactively address any difficulties and obstacles arising during the preparation and throughout the duration of the Fair.
News agencies and media outlets continue to promote and introduce the Fair's activities through various media channels, using diverse, rich, and creative forms based on the agreed-upon brand identity and logo, in order to widely disseminate information and images of the Fair to the public.
* The Autumn Fair 2025 will take place from October 26th, 2025 to November 4th, 2025. This is the first fair in Vietnam, organized on the largest scale (with approximately 3,000 booths), at the largest and most modern center (approximately 100,000 m² ) and with the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, relevant ministries, agencies, corporations, private enterprises, and domestic and foreign businesses are mobilized to participate). The fair will be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumer demand, promote production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers, and make a significant contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025. It also serves as an opportunity to connect production units, businesses, creative organizations, and the public within the country, while simultaneously creating a chance to introduce and promote cultural products that are deeply rooted in Vietnamese identity.
