According to the report of Dai Loc Commune People's Committee, there are currently 38 households living at the foot of the area behind the hospital, of which 8 households are in an especially dangerous area.
If there is prolonged heavy rain causing the ground to become waterlogged, the risk of landslides behind the hospital will increase, threatening the lives and property of people living below as well as the hospital's operations.
Through the actual inspection process, City Party Secretary Le Ngoc Quang assessed that the level of danger in this area is very high if the weather turns bad.
The City Party Secretary requested local authorities to closely monitor weather developments, arrange forces on duty 24/7 and proactively develop plans to evacuate people from dangerous areas to ensure safety.
In addition, the City Party Secretary requested to urgently develop a scenario to evacuate patients at the hospital in case of an emergency.
The functional sectors are assigned the task of coordinating research and proposing feasible technical solutions to handle long-term landslide risks, protecting the safety of residential areas, hospitals and neighboring structures.

The City Party Secretary emphasized that proactively preventing natural disasters, especially landslides in mountainous areas, needs to be given top priority in the context of increasingly unpredictable weather.
At the same time, relevant agencies are required to coordinate closely, not to be passive or surprised in any situation, to protect the safety of people's lives and property.
