When the storm comes, the construction site must be on duty 24/24 hours, with full leadership and specialist level. At the same time, the project owner must promptly report information to the standing unit of the Civil Defense Command to receive direction from higher levels, especially for constructions directly adjacent to the sea, which must receive higher attention.

The project has a 250m long embankment and works on the route (01 step up and down, 01 drainage culvert from the residential area to the sea). The project started on July 8, 2025 and is expected to be completed before November 30, 2025.
