Hanel Chairwoman Bui Thi Hai Yen was honored as an outstanding Vietnamese businesswoman

The 98 female entrepreneurs honored with the title "Outstanding Vietnamese Female Entrepreneur - Golden Rose 2025" are entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business, and at the same time have made positive contributions to the community and society, representing the mettle, intelligence and aspirations of Vietnamese female entrepreneurs in the era of innovation and global integration.

Ms. Bui Thi Hai Yen joined Hanel in 1992 and has been with Hanel for 33 years through all the ups and downs of Hanel. Taking on the role of General Director of Hanel since the end of 2019, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanel since the beginning of 2025, at a time when the world and domestic economy suffered many shocks, from Covid-19 to global geopolitical instability, she has firmly steered and led Hanel through all difficulties, developed sustainably, maintained the strategic direction of "Pioneering in technology" and ensured jobs for more than 12,000 employees.

Under her leadership, in the period of 2020 - 2025, Hanel continuously won many awards in the field of technology such as: Vietnam Digital Transformation Award (2020), Smart City Award (2021), Sao Khue (2022), ranked in the Top 10 prestigious technology companies in Vietnam consecutively from 2021 to 2025, and was honored as Vietnam National Brand 2022 - 2024. These achievements are not only the pride of Hanel, but also a testament to the management capacity and strategic vision of a pioneering female leader.
