Provincial Labor Federation launches Lifelong Learning Response Week 2025

The Provincial Federation of Labor has just organized the launching ceremony of the Lifelong Learning Week with the theme "Learning to develop yourself, master knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country".

This year's Lifelong Learning Week focuses on promoting propaganda and dissemination of the Party and State's policies on building a learning society; encouraging the application of information technology in learning, developing digital skills for officials, union members and workers; raising awareness of officials, union members and workers about the role and significance of learning, especially self-study and lifelong learning associated with mastering knowledge and digital technology .

Strengthening the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels; close and effective coordination of socio -political organizations, business communities and the whole society in the province in implementing activities in response to the Week, ensuring practicality, effectiveness and wide spread. At the same time, promoting the role of trade union organizations in accompanying and supporting workers, contributing to building high-quality human resources to meet the socio-economic development requirements of the province.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, the leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor suggested that in the coming time, all levels of trade unions in the province need to widely propagate the role and significance of lifelong learning; especially learning through digital platforms to understand that learning is the right and responsibility of each person. Encourage learning in new forms, effectively exploit digital resources, online learning platforms, build reading habits and selectively search for knowledge on the internet.

Organize seminars, competitions, soft skills and digital skills training, visit advanced models; learn through short stories and news articles about President Ho Chi Minh in the column "Directive No. 05 of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Electronic Information Portal".

Trade unions at all levels and union officials must be the core and nucleus in the self-study movement to build a regular and continuous learning environment, contributing to improving the qualifications of union members and workers.
