* Hung Phuoc summarizes 5 years of implementing the Project to build a learning society

On November 4, the People's Committee of Hung Phuoc commune held a conference to review 5 years of implementing the Project on building a learning society for the 2021-2030 period in the commune.

Over the past 5 years, the Commune People's Committee has focused on "Building a model of learning citizens for the period 2021-2030". Organizing activities to build a learning society, promoting the emulation movement to build "Learning families", "Learning clans" as a basis for building effective and sustainable "Learning units" and "Learning communities".

The results of the whole commune reaching 100% of the illiteracy eradication standard level 1; 100% of the universal preschool education standard for 5-year-old children; 100% of the universal primary education standard level 2; 100% of the universal lower secondary education standard level 2.

At the conference, delegates actively discussed and contributed ideas to better implement the work of building a learning society in the coming time.

On this occasion, 2 groups and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of project implementation were awarded certificates of merit.

On the evening of November 3, the Party Committee of Tri An commune organized the Party badge awarding ceremony for the 7-11 period for Party members with 30, 40 and 45 years of Party membership in Vinh An 2, 3 and 8 hamlets.

On the morning of November 4, at the Mobile Training Battalion, the Border Guard Command of Dong Nai province organized the opening of the training course for officers of the frame B reserve mobilization force (DBDV) in 2025. * A patient with severe exhaustion due to intestinal necrosis

On November 4, doctors at Dong Nai Hospital 2 said that the hospital had admitted patient D.TAH, 61 years old, residing in Phuoc Thai, Dong Nai province, in a state of blood clotting disorder and severe exhaustion, weighing only 28kg, after undergoing a complicated treatment period for intestinal necrosis due to mesenteric artery occlusion.

Previously, at the end of August, the patient underwent surgery to bring both ends of the ileum to the skin at another medical facility. After surgery, the patient suffered complications of bleeding in the right rectus abdominis muscle and had to be transferred to a higher level for medical treatment.

On September 10, the family decided to take the patient to Dong Nai 2 Hospital for continued treatment and recovery.

After nearly a month of treatment, the patient's condition improved significantly, his weight increased to nearly 35kg, his vital signs were stable, and his nutrition improved. Based on that, the surgical and internal medicine team held a consultation and assessed the eligibility for surgery to close the two ends of the ileum and cecum to the skin.

After surgery, the patient recovered well, was alert, had pink skin and mucous membranes, digestive function was re-established, the surgical wound was dry, and there were no signs of infection.
