Corps 15 trained on building and implementing KPI system

(GLO)- From October 30 to November 1, Army Corps 15 organized a training course on "Building and implementing KPI system" to equip knowledge, contributing to improving productivity, management efficiency and operational quality of the unit in the new situation.

The training course was attended by 170 officers and professional staff from the entire Corps. The lecturers were business consultants from PMT Consulting and Training Joint Stock Company ( Da Nang ).

At the training class, students are equipped with a system of knowledge and practice on the process of building, deploying, evaluating and adjusting the KPI system; group discussion, and doing application exercises on the computer.

Students also master the method of management by objectives, evaluating specific, scientific and fair work results. This is a step to concretize the KPI implementation plan in the entire Corps, contributing to improving the management capacity and production and business efficiency of the unit.

The implementation of the KPI system is expected to create a strong change in the thinking and actions of the staff; contribute to improving production and business efficiency, successfully completing national defense tasks, and building a strong and comprehensive Corps 15.
