Training on appraisal and licensing of travel services for tourism managers

On October 29-30, in Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat (Lam Dong), the Vietnam National Tourism Administration organized a training course on professional skills in assessing and granting travel service business licenses and tour guide cards for tourism management officers of localities.

Mr. Ha Van Sieu, Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration, emphasized the importance of the training course.

According to Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration Ha Van Sieu, the training course aims to help tourism managers in localities update their knowledge and skills to improve the quality of state management of tourism.

Training course equips local tourism managers with new knowledge and skills

Currently, with the change in the organizational structure of local governments, it is necessary to ensure that state management of tourism is carried out synchronously and effectively, in order to create a sustainable, safe and professional tourism environment.

Training class scene

The training course provides trainees with new updates on the processes, procedures, and criteria for assessing travel service business licenses and tour guide cards. Thereby, helping trainees improve their ability to evaluate and appraise documents and ensure that the licensing process is carried out in accordance with regulations.

The training course also guides students in using software to manage travel agencies and tour guides. This is one of the important steps in modernizing tourism management.
