Ham Thang found the body of a 4-year-old girl who drowned.

On the evening of October 29, Ham Thang Ward Police, Lam Dong Province, said they had found the body of a drowned child.

Previously, at 5:40 p.m. on October 29, Ham Thang Ward Police received a report of a 4-year-old girl drowning at Cai River, at the foot of Phu Long Bridge in Phu Thinh Quarter, Ham Thang Ward.

Rescue forces organized a search and found the child's body at 6:00 p.m. the same day.

The family brought the baby's body home.

According to initial information, while the flood waters were rising, the family was moving their belongings, and the granddaughter NTĐ (born December 22, 2021) accidentally slipped into the deep water area behind the house.

Authorities visited and encouraged the family.

The baby's parents are Mr. NV H (born 1990) and Ms. VTN T (born 1990) in Xom Cho group, Phu Thinh quarter, Ham Thang ward, Lam Dong province. Their house is located close to the river, and it is flood season so the water is flowing strongly.

Through this incident, parents need to pay attention to their children, especially during times of floods like now.
