Honoring typical agricultural products

In 2025, Dong Nai province will have 43 products honored as typical agricultural products. These are products of rural production establishments, with high quality, development potential, meeting economic, technical, social criteria and capable of mass production.

Notably, in this honoring ceremony, there are many products that have just been certified with the national 5-star OCOP certificate in 2025. Typical agricultural products all have booths or participate in the exhibition at the Dong Nai Province Agricultural Achievement Exhibition 2025 that just took place. Honoring 5-star OCOP products

Notably, in this honoring ceremony, there are many products that have just been certified with the national 5-star OCOP certificate in 2025, including: 3 pure cocoa powder products, 3-in-1 cocoa powder, bitter chocolate of Trong Duc Cacao Company Limited (Phu Hoa commune). Original salted roasted cashew nuts, salted egg cheese cashew nuts, garlic chili cashew nuts, original vegetarian roasted cashew nuts of Nga Bien Import Export Company Limited (Xuan Hoa commune). Health protection food products Phuc Hung Long Essential, health protection food products Phuc Hung Long Premium of Tam Tam An Medicinal Materials Company Limited (Hung Thinh commune).

Mr. Nguyen Van Khon, Director of Tam Tam An Pharmaceutical Company Limited, shared: Since 2020, the enterprise has participated in the OCOP Program and in 2021, it has had 4 4-star OCOP products. After that, the enterprise invested in maintaining high-quality raw material areas, invested in machinery and equipment, applied science and technology in production, and focused on building product brands. Thanks to that, in 2025, the enterprise will have 2 products achieving 5-star OCOP. Having achieved this certification, the enterprise is confident and bold in investing in building product brands, actively participating in fairs, connections, and trade promotion activities at home and abroad.

Sharing the same view, Deputy Director of Nga Bien Import Export Company Limited, Le Trung Hieu, said: The enterprise's market development journey began with motorbike trips through markets, knocking on each store door with the desire for the product to have a place in the domestic market. The roots of the enterprise start from the local raw material area. The enterprise accompanies farmers in converting high-yield cashew varieties so that cashew growers can grow profitable cashews. The enterprise's products have a clear origin of the raw material area, affirming the meticulousness, transparency, and responsibility to farmers and consumers. The enterprise is steadfast in its direction of spreading pride in hometown products when the products are delivered to domestic and international consumers.

Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang highly appreciated the efforts and determination of production establishments and enterprises, especially OCOP entities, with the spirit of creativity, strongly shifting to agricultural economic thinking. On that basis, the establishments continue to upgrade so that their products gradually dominate the market not only domestically but also internationally with the goal of "Dong Nai agricultural products taking off".

Promote key agricultural products

Most of the products honored as typical agricultural products in 2025 are fruit specialties and livestock products of Dong Nai province such as: Xuan Loc green mango, Xuan Dinh durian, whole frozen durian in Xuan Dong commune, Tan Trieu orange-leaf pomelo, Tan Trieu green-skin pomelo, An Loc ward durian, fresh quail eggs, instant quail eggs...

The most diverse are products processed from key crops in the province such as: products processed from cashew nuts, coffee, bananas, jackfruit, mango, mixed dried fruits, honey-dried lotus seeds, cereal milk powder, products processed from lingzhi mushrooms...
