On the afternoon of October 27, a working delegation of the Pacific Construction Group (China) led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa - the founder of the Group, worked in Ha Tinh. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duy Lam and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Trong Hai received and worked with the delegation. The Center for Translation and Foreign Services currently has a total of 6 officers and employees; in addition, there is a team of 45 translation collaborators in 14 languages.

According to Ms. Hang, translating documents into Chinese is not simply a matter of transferring them to the language that needs to be translated, but the translator must have an understanding and proficiency in the content of the document. Therefore, in addition to extensive experience, the translator must actively consult many different sources of documents to accumulate a rich vocabulary.

After completing the translation, the documents will be certified by the translator's signature, the signature and seal of the competent authority or organization to prove the accuracy and legality compared to the original document. In addition, the translation is also certified by the Center for Translation and Foreign Services and has legal value for domestic use.

To ensure this work, when receiving documents, the process of arranging, checking translation and reviewing, the center and I have agreed and standardized. In particular, for the names of titles, it is necessary to check and look up official documents to ensure the most accurate translation. In addition, we also have a clear work plan, use translation support tools, and regularly share expertise with colleagues" - Ms. Chi confided.

After nearly 20 years of operation, the Translation and Foreign Service Center (Department of Foreign Affairs) has become a trusted address for provincial leaders, departments, branches, sectors, businesses and people in translation and interpretation. In addition to the main languages ​​such as English, Chinese, German, Lao, Thai, the center also has a team of qualified collaborators with professional translation capabilities for popular and non-popular languages.
