Groundbreaking ceremony of Tan Phu City Urban Area - New highlight in the South of Thai Nguyen

On October 30, in Trung Thanh ward, the groundbreaking ceremony of Dong Cao - Tan Phu Urban Area (Tan Phu City) took place with the participation of leaders of departments, branches, sectors of Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh provinces and local authorities.

Tan Phu City is located in the Southeast of Trung Thanh ward, adjacent to Hanoi - Thai Nguyen highway, conveniently connecting major economic centers such as Hanoi and Bac Ninh in just about 40 minutes of travel.

The project has a scale of more than 41.2 hectares, with an expected population of 3,800 people, of which 70% of the area is reserved for infrastructure, trees and public spaces. The total investment is more than 946 billion VND (the preliminary total cost of the project is more than 739 billion VND; the cost of compensation and resettlement support is 207 billion VND).

Vietinbank signed a cooperation agreement with the investor of Tan Phu City Urban Area Project.

With the orientation of developing a green, environmentally friendly urban area, Tan Phu City is planned synchronously with a 60m central road, a regulating lake, a sports field, a school, a playground and two modern commercial centers.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, Director of Thanh Nguyen Infrastructure Joint Stock Company - the project investor, emphasized: Tan Phu City converges strategic location, low construction density, high profit potential and is invested by a team with strong financial capacity. We aim to create a green, civilized urban area, contributing to the development of the local economy.

The investor commits to complete the entire infrastructure before the fourth quarter of 2028, ensuring technical and aesthetic quality. In the first phase, the project will provide about 750 real estate products, including 643 land plots and 107 townhouses.

Project Perspective.

When completed, Tan Phu City will become a new architectural highlight of Trung Thanh ward, expanding urban space to the South, while bringing practical socio-economic values: Increasing budget revenue, creating jobs and promoting the development of regional trade and services.

With a well-planned, transparent legal framework and a clear commitment to progress, Tan Phu City promises to become a livable urban area and a sustainable investment opportunity at the southern gateway of Thai Nguyen province.
