| Philanthropists from Tay Coc commune ( Phu Tho province) donated 5,600 notebooks to students at Nui Voi Primary School. |
Nui Voi Primary School currently has 32 teachers and 564 students. The facilities are well-maintained and adequately support teaching and learning activities. However, due to the remnants of Typhoon No. 11, the entire first floor of the classrooms was deeply flooded, and many desks, chairs, teaching equipment, and materials were damaged. According to school statistics, over 80% of students' families and teachers were affected by the aftermath of Typhoon No. 11.
Immediately after the storm subsided, the entire staff, teachers, and employees of Nui Voi Primary School quickly and proactively worked to mitigate the consequences.
Besides the efforts, high sense of responsibility, and unity of the staff of Nui Voi Primary School, the school has also received much affection and attention from organizations and individuals throughout the country.
Every gift, every piece of clothing, every notebook, or simply a word of encouragement and a comforting glance—these are all precious acts of sharing after the storm. Generous donors and philanthropists have come to the children here, offering sincere love. Through these gifts and acts of care, the children have learned a valuable lesson: the lesson of gratitude.

| The joy of the students upon receiving gifts from benefactors. |
Duong Bao Ngoc, a student in class 4A at Nui Voi Primary School, probably still can't forget the image of her house submerged in water, her clothes, books, and school supplies swept away by the flood. The support and sharing from the community, the gifts such as textbooks, notebooks, and school bags... in the days after the storm helped her regain confidence to go to school and determinedly study hard to live up to the expectations of those who shared their love with her.
As for Trinh Ngoc Lan Chi, a student in class 3A at Nui Voi Primary School, holding the notebooks donated by benefactors from Phu Tho province, she kept saying "thank you" and promised to write neatly, do math correctly, and have fun at school.
Each gift not only holds material value but also serves as a lesson in gratitude, appreciating what one has, thanking those who have helped in times of difficulty, and teaching how to spread love to others. This lesson of gratitude has been taught to the students at Nui Voi Primary School by their teachers since their first days there.
Ms. Pham Thi Linh, Principal of Nui Voi Primary School, shared: "From the very first lessons, the children are taught about the gratitude they owe to their parents, teachers, and those who have contributed to making today's life better. Through ethics lessons, extracurricular activities, and gratitude ceremonies, gratitude is gradually instilled in the hearts of young children in a natural and profound way."
At this school, gratitude is not just a lesson, but also a foundation for each student to grow into a kind person. Thanks to the dedication of the teachers, the students understand that gratitude is a way to live a more beautiful and responsible life.
