Dong Nai organizes Vietnam - Laos Friendship Exchange program

(DN) - As part of the series of activities of the Dong Nai Province Friendship Culture - Sports Week 2025, on the afternoon and evening of October 30, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations and the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association of Dong Nai Province organized the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Exchange program.

Attending this activity were Lao Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Phonesy Bounmixay; Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Loan; Chairman of the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations Nguyen Thanh Tri; Chairman of the Vietnam - Laos Friendship Association of Dong Nai Province Do Dang Tuoc.

On this occasion, Lao Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Phonesy Bounmixay sent his thanks to Dong Nai province for organizing the Vietnam - Laos friendship exchange program in 2025.

Through the program, Mr. Phonesy Bounmixay once again affirmed the good relationship between the two Parties, the two States, and the people of Vietnam and Laos. At the same time, in his working position, he will continue to foster this good traditional relationship.

Also in the program, the delegates interacted and listened to the sharing of Vietnamese veterans who had fought side by side with Lao friends in the resistance war against the American imperialists; the feelings of Lao students studying in Vietnam, Dong Nai province and of Dong Nai province students in building relationships and supporting Lao students studying in the province.

On this occasion, the organizers gave gifts to encourage Lao students studying at colleges and universities in Dong Nai province.
