
The event was attended by numerous officials and staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos; representatives of agencies alongside the Embassy; as well as representatives of businesses and the Vietnamese community in Laos.
At the memorial sites, the delegation respectfully laid wreaths of fresh flowers bearing the inscription "Offered by the Party Committee - Embassy of Vietnam in Laos" and observed a minute of silence to express their deep respect, admiration, and remembrance for President Kaysone Phomvihane.

President Kaysone Phomvihane was an outstanding leader who, together with President Ho Chi Minh and President Souphanouvong, laid the solid foundation for the great friendship, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation, and strategic linkage between Vietnam and Laos.
In the solemn atmosphere of the ceremony, delegates expressed their gratitude for the immense contributions of President Kaysone Phomvihane – a leader who dedicated his entire life to the cause of Lao national liberation, national construction and development, and significantly contributed to fostering the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos; affirming their commitment to further efforts in their work, studies, and labor, contributing to nurturing and promoting the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos, and Laos and Vietnam, ensuring it remains ever-lasting and enduring.

President Kaysone Phomvihane will forever be a symbol of wisdom, morality, and unwavering revolutionary spirit. The legacy he left behind is not only a solid foundation for the development of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, but also an invaluable asset to the special relationship between the Vietnamese and Lao peoples.

Also, to commemorate the 105th anniversary of President Kaysone Phomvihane's birth, a friendly football match is scheduled to take place that afternoon between the Vietnamese community in Laos and Lao agencies, organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos. The activity aims to strengthen exchanges, spread and consolidate the special solidarity between Vietnam and Laos, and Laos and Vietnam, ensuring its lasting connection.
