Building core values
Attending the final night of the "TNG Culture 2025" Contest held in mid-October, we were surprised by the workers who were familiar with the sewing machine every day, performing the steps in the sewing process like professional actors. 13 teams will test their skills through 2 competitions: skit performance talent and presentation about the meaning of the team.
In the talent competition, each team chooses a topic to learn about TNG's culture and core values to clarify the responsibilities of individuals and units when applying and implementing the Company's cultural regulations. After performing the skit, each team will choose a representative to present the team's skit.
Each branch will form a team, before the final round, 13 teams participated in the preliminary round in 4 areas with TNG branches in Song Cong, Phu Binh, Viet Duc and Vo Nhai. Through the preliminary round, 8 best teams were selected to participate in the final round including: Song Cong 1, Song Cong 3, Phu Binh 1, Phu Binh 2, Phu Binh 3, Dai Tu, Thoi Trang and Bong.
Not just a competition, the Final Night of the “TNG Culture 2025” Competition is truly a festival of the TNG spirit. Under the bright lights, each performance is a story told through music , dance and emotion. Here the audience sees the drops of sweat of the efforts after many nights of practice of the teams. And there are moments when the audience is silent because the “actors” perform so emotionally and proudly.
Through the competition, each worker and branch feels the spirit of TNG not only as a workplace, but also as a common home with cultural values being nurtured and sustained.
This is also a forum for staff and workers to exchange and learn experiences to organize cultural and artistic activities, improve knowledge and understanding of building TNG culture in a sustainable direction associated with promoting the implementation of the Campaign "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", contributing to the success of the Company's political tasks and production and business tasks.

Clearly identifying employees as the most valuable assets of the enterprise, every year, on the occasion of Tet, TNG employees always receive the attention and support of the TNG Trade Union. This is considered an annual cultural beauty at TNG with Tet gifts, spring trips to support difficult circumstances during Tet are always noble gestures, imbued with the warm affection of the TNG Trade Union for employees.
With the program "Happy Tet, Sharing Spring", and "Spring trips", TNG has given more strength to people in special circumstances to continue to strive to improve their lives, work hard to contribute to a stable source of income for themselves and contribute to building and developing businesses.
TNG Trade Union maintains organizing activities to care for workers such as visiting sick and unfortunate workers, giving Tet gifts to poor families; building 0 VND booths; donating and supporting cadres, employees, and workers in the same Company who are in difficult circumstances such as accidents, house fires... with donations, even though internal, amounting to hundreds of millions of VND.
This demonstrates the spirit of mutual love within TNG, all officers, employees and workers feel the love shared under the common home where they are attached. Over the past 2 years, TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company has maintained production in the direction of not organizing overtime, on the contrary, reducing working hours by 30 minutes/day without reducing income.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Deputy General Director of TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, Director of Song Cong 3 Garment Branch, informed: In addition to the policy of reducing working hours, TNG also maintains a policy of organizing a special meal for employees every month. During hot seasons, the Union supports refreshments during breaks. On major holidays, gifts are given as a token of gratitude.
In particular, workers in difficult circumstances are supported spiritually and materially by the unit and colleagues. Many workers' families in particularly difficult circumstances are supported by TNG Trade Union with money to build houses...
The recent storm No. 11 left behind heavy damage in Thai Nguyen province, including many TNG workers who were seriously affected. During the storm and flood, the Company's Trade Union and leaders of TNG branches directly visited, encouraged and presented gifts of cash and essential necessities such as rice, cooking oil, clothes, etc. to workers who were severely affected by the storm.
The cultural beauty at TNG not only takes care of the lives of workers, but also joins hands with the province to support people rebuilding their lives after storms and floods. TNG Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company contributed 1 billion VND, demonstrating a deep sense of responsibility and sharing with the community.
