T&T Group proposes to invest in a number of projects in Khanh Hoa province.

On the afternoon of October 30, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee had a working session with T&T Group on the proposed investment project in the province. Comrade Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended the meeting. Comrade Nguyen Khac Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting. Also attending the meeting were Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of some departments, branches and localities. On the side of T&T Group, there was Mr. Do Quang Hien - Founder, Executive Chairman of T&T Group and the group's leadership team.

Speaking at the opening of the working session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh expressed his joy and welcomed the leaders of T&T Group for their attention and proposed investment projects in the province. He shared some important information about natural conditions, climate; socio-economic development situation; potentials, strengths, development space; strategic orientation for breakthrough development; mechanisms and policies to attract investment in Khanh Hoa province. Thereby, he expected that the projects proposed by T&T Group for investment in the province will achieve the expected success and efficiency and make an important contribution to the development of Khanh Hoa province in the coming time.

At the meeting, the leaders of T&T Group discussed the main features of the group's capacity, responsibility, and strategic orientation; and proposed a number of investment projects on real estate, industrial parks, green energy, and renewable energy. These include the following projects: Vinh Luong mixed-use urban area, trade - service, and golf course, with a scale of about 227 hectares, in Bac Nha Trang ward; Ninh An Industrial Park with a scale of 250 to 300 hectares, in Bac Ninh Hoa commune; Ninh Diem Industrial Park with a scale of about 215 hectares, in Dong Ninh Hoa ward and Bac Ninh Hoa commune. Based on the socio-economic development orientation of the province, the above projects that T&T Group is interested in, researched, and proposed all show suitability. These projects have the potential to make a positive contribution to the local socio-economic development process, promote the formation of new growth poles, strengthen regional connectivity, thereby contributing to improving the competitiveness, position and investment attractiveness of Khanh Hoa province in the South Central region and nationwide.

After listening to the opinions of the members attending the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan highly appreciated the attention and investment of T&T Group in Khanh Hoa province. As one of the 10 strong multi-industry private economic groups in Vietnam, the presence and attention of T&T Group will contribute to removing bottlenecks in mobilizing investment resources for the province's development. On behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Nguyen Khac Toan pledged to continue supporting the connection and operation of T&T Group in the process of implementing projects in the province. For the projects proposed by T&T Group, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan assigned the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies to guide and support the group in the process of researching, surveying and proposing 2 projects: Ninh An Industrial Park and Ninh Diem Industrial Park. The Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center presides over and coordinates with the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the Department of Agriculture and Environment and relevant localities to guide and support the group in researching and preparing a proposal for the Vinh Luong Golf Course and Trade-Service Mixed Urban Area Project to ensure regulations and progress in the shortest time. The Department of Industry and Trade presides over and coordinates with relevant agencies to support the group in researching and investing in energy projects in the province, as well as proposing offshore wind power planning. Relevant communes and wards proactively coordinate to provide information, data, maps, and preferential policies of the province to promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee, as well as discuss with investors to seek more investment opportunities.
