In recent times, under the leadership of the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command, the guidance of political agencies at all levels, women's work and women's movements in the Provincial Military Command have achieved many outstanding results, affirming the increasingly clear role of women in building a comprehensively strong agency and unit that is "exemplary and typical". Emulation movements have been implemented enthusiastically and practically, associated with central political tasks, typically: "Women unite - be creative, complete tasks well, build happy families, worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers", "Women with the quality of soldiers' meals", "Bowl of water on the training ground", "Godmother", "Revolving capital contribution", "Zero-dong stall"... Thereby, arousing the sense of responsibility, the will to rise up and the camaraderie of comrades and teammates in cadres and members.

Over the past 5 years, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command has allocated funds and mobilized members, officers and soldiers to donate hundreds of gifts to support soldiers and members in difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses, and supported more than 50 million VND for members, families with meritorious services, and people affected by natural disasters. Humanitarian and charitable activities such as: medical examination, free medicine distribution, and gift giving to poor children, disabled children, and victims of Agent Orange have been widely implemented with a total budget of 96 million VND. Along with that, the "Godmother" program has been maintained regularly with 3 orphans being sponsored, cared for, and supported in their studies, contributing to strengthening the solidarity and close relationship between the provincial armed forces and the local people.

Not only being the core force in implementing movements, women of the Provincial Military Command are also a solid support for comrades, teammates and families. The models: "Raising piggy banks for savings", "Poor women's fund", "Savings week for members in difficulty" are maintained regularly, helping many women with small capital to develop their family economy and stabilize their lives. Or the model "Bowl of water on the training ground" is maintained annually, contributing to encouraging and supporting new soldiers in their first days of military service...

Promoting the achieved results, in the coming time, the Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command will focus on promoting the emulation movement "Women unite - be creative, complete tasks well, build happy families, worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers" and effectively carry out the campaign "Promoting tradition, contributing talents, worthy of the title "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period". At the same time, the union continues to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of women, support members in economic development, foster good values of Vietnamese families, actively participate in social activities, contributing to the successful implementation of local defense and military tasks.

Professional military Lieutenant Colonel Le Thi Kim Hoa - President of the Provincial Military Command Women's Union said: "We always determine that no matter what position we are in, we must uphold our responsibilities, overcome difficulties, and complete our tasks well. Each member strives to be good at both national and family affairs, and actively participate in emulation movements, contributing to building the image of exemplary, compassionate, confident, and dynamic military women in the new era."
