On the morning of October 30, the Military Command of Dinh Cong ward organized a preliminary examination for military service and performing People's Public Security service in 2026.

The preliminary examination for military service in Dinh Cong ward was carried out from October 30 to November 3, 2025. The list of preliminary examinations included 816 young men.

Notably, at the preliminary examination on the morning of October 30, young man Nguyen Hoang Than, born in 2004 (Residential Group 13, Dinh Cong Ward) wrote a volunteer application to join the army, bringing the total number of young men in the ward who have written a volunteer application to join the army to 21.

In order for the preliminary examination for military service and the performance of People's Public Security service in 2026 to achieve good results and in accordance with regulations, the Ward Military Service Council has requested departments, branches, and organizations to closely coordinate.

The Ward Military Command directs the work of urging citizens who receive the decision to call for a preliminary health screening to be present at the right time and place according to the decision for a direct health screening, personal history declaration, health declaration according to regulations, and medical history of themselves and their families. The Ward Police monitor the results of the preliminary examination of each citizen, selecting citizens who meet the criteria to participate in the People's Public Security service.

The preliminary examination schedule is divided by day with the residential groups to ensure the reception is thoughtful and orderly. The members of the ward Military Service Council in charge and the grassroots cadres are responsible for closely monitoring to ensure the preliminary examination achieves good results.

At the preliminary examination site, the Organizing Committee assigned forces to organize reception, guidance, and at the same time arranged 2 reasonable and scientific examination rows. The Ward Military Command arranged refraction measuring machines to ensure accurate and effective examination results.

After completing the preliminary examination, the Ward Military Command will summarize the results and report to the Ward Military Service Council.
