According to Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Land Development Center, the unit assigned to carry out compensation and land clearance covers a total area of over 296 hectares. To date, approximately 135 hectares of land have been cleared, reaching over 45% of the total area.
Specifically, in Zone 1, 39.5 out of 50.5 hectares have been cleared, reaching 78%. For the remaining area, many businesses are urgently dismantling their structures and handing over the land by October 2025. However, some units are still lagging behind, showing no signs of dismantling or committing to handing over the land.
