Speeding up site clearance for Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center is speeding up the compensation and site clearance progress of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park to implement the project of converting the function of this area into a modern urban - commercial - service area, contributing to building the face of the new administrative - political center of the province.

According to Mr. Mai Phong Phu, Deputy Director in charge of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the unit was assigned to carry out compensation and site clearance with a total area of ​​over 296 hectares. To date, there have been about 135 hectares of clean land, reaching more than 45% of the total area.

Specifically, Area 1 has cleared 39.5/50.5 hectares, reaching 78%. For the remaining area, many businesses are urgently dismantling and handing over the site in October 2025. However, there are still some units that are slow, have not taken any action to dismantle or commit to handing over.

In area 2, 42/103.5 hectares of land have been cleared, reaching more than 40%. Some businesses have committed to handing over in the fourth quarter of 2025, but there are still 7 companies that have not made a commitment.

For area 3, the cleared area reached 53/175 hectares, reaching more than 30%. Some enterprises have cleared land but have not yet handed it over and 17 companies have not yet committed to a handover deadline.

Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park has a total area of ​​329 hectares, of which about 8.7 hectares are kept in their original state. The remaining area is divided into 3 areas for site clearance to implement urban projects, trade - services and the new administrative - political center of the province.
