Three chemical plants have begun relocating from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.

(Dong Nai) - On December 12, information from the Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company indicated that three factories in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province) have begun the process of relocating machinery and equipment to hand over the land to the State.

Accordingly, Tan Binh 2 Chemical Plant is dismantling the mechanical processing area; the emission components of the aluminum sulfate plant and the crystallization tray system, and the roof of the plant; and is removing some equipment from the production line to facilitate repair, renovation, and installation at a new location. Dong Nai Chemical Plant is dismantling the liquid transfer unit, the reaction tower in the H3PO4 technical area, and some components in the chemical product area. Bien Hoa Chemical Plant will proceed with dismantling the components after the completion of the above two plants.

Earlier, in early September 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Vo Tan Duc and Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Ha held a dialogue with representatives of the Southern Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company and the Vietnam Chemical Group. During the meeting, the company expressed its agreement with the plan to relocate from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park and pledged to complete the relocation as soon as possible.
