At the training, more than 200 delegates, officers, commanders of agencies, units, officers and employees working in finance of the 34th Army Corps and units located in the Central Highlands were approached and introduced to topics, with many newly updated knowledge on bidding work, project management and investment supervision of the Ministry of National Defense ; new contents related to investment and construction work stipulated in the Bidding Law, decrees and newly issued circulars of the Ministry of Finance; general knowledge on contractor selection.
