At the conference, delegates discussed and evaluated Decree No. 76/2016/ND-CP of the Government, which has come into effect, as a legal document of strategic significance for logistics support work in the Army in general and in the Academy in particular. Many results have been achieved such as: Ensuring standards of food, accommodation, clothing, living, and health care for officers, lecturers, students, staff, and soldiers are maintained properly, sufficiently, promptly, and the quality is increasingly improved.

The management and use of budget, materials, and logistics equipment are carried out strictly, in accordance with principles, economically, and effectively. Logistics facilities are consolidated and upgraded in a standardized, green, clean, beautiful, and safe direction, contributing to building a healthy cultural environment in the unit.

The movement "Building a regular, green, clean, and beautiful barracks" is promoted and maintained regularly, associated with the campaigns and emulation movements of the whole army, especially the Campaign "Managing and exploiting weapons and technical equipment well, durably, safely, economically and in traffic safety".

Production, livestock and crop production are organized effectively, making good use of the potential of land, labor and existing means. Many production models achieve high productivity and quality, creating clean food sources, contributing to saving the budget, improving and enhancing the quality of meals and the material and spiritual life of cadres, lecturers, students, staff and soldiers throughout the Academy.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Ha Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, highly appreciated the results achieved by the Logistics Academy in the process of implementing Decree No. 76/2016/ND-CP. At the same time, he affirmed that the Academy has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the regulations, fully and promptly ensured logistics material standards for the subjects, thereby contributing to maintaining stability, improving the quality of soldiers' lives, creating motivation to successfully complete the central political tasks.

Major General Ha Nhu Loi suggested that the Logistics Academy continue to promote the spirit of initiative and creativity in logistics assurance work; strengthen propaganda and education to raise awareness and responsibility for logistics officers and staff at all levels; regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of standards and norms; promptly correct and overcome shortcomings and limitations. Along with that, it is necessary to proactively research, propose adjustments and supplements to standards and norms to ensure they are suitable to the practical tasks of education - training and scientific research in the new situation.
