Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phan Si Pang 3 residential area cultural house.

Phan Si Pang 1 residential area cultural house is built on an area of 404 m², including 2 floors, ensuring 150 seats and Phan Si Pang 3 cultural house, built on an area of 5,239 m², with 2 floors, meeting 250 seats.

The total construction cost of the two projects is 12.4 billion VND, including full auxiliary systems, electricity and water supply, ensuring functionality.

The construction of two residential cultural houses is of great significance to the community.
