Sa Pa Ward started construction of 2 residential cultural houses

On the afternoon of November 16, the People's Committee of Sa Pa ward held a groundbreaking ceremony for two cultural houses in the residential areas of Phan Si Pang 1 and Phan Si Pang 3, on the occasion of the National Great Unity Day 2025 and the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).

Phan Si Pang 1 residential area cultural house is built on an area of ​​404 m², including 2 floors, ensuring 150 seats and Phan Si Pang 3 cultural house, built on an area of ​​5,239 m², with 2 floors, meeting 250 seats.

The total construction cost of the two projects is 12.4 billion VND, including full auxiliary systems, electricity and water supply, ensuring functionality.

The construction of two residential cultural houses is of great significance to the community. These will be spacious, modern, and synchronous cultural institutions, becoming places for community activities and meetings of Party cells, the Front Committee and other organizations; at the same time, organizing cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities, and propagating the law, contributing to fostering solidarity. The projects also improve the quality of cultural life, create a comfortable living environment, connect the community and promote social activities in the area.
