Sa Pa ward begins construction of 2 community cultural centers.

On the afternoon of November 16th, the People's Committee of Sa Pa ward held a groundbreaking ceremony for two cultural center projects in Phan Si Păng 1 and Phan Si Păng 3 residential areas, on the occasion of the 2025 National Unity Day and the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025).

The Phan Si Păng 1 Community Cultural Center is built on an area of ​​404 m², with 2 floors and a seating capacity of 150, while the Phan Si Păng 3 Community Cultural Center is built on an area of ​​5,239 m², with 2 floors and a seating capacity of 250.

The total construction cost for the two projects is 12.4 billion VND, including all supporting systems, electricity supply, water supply, and ensuring functionality.

The construction of two community cultural centers is of significant importance to the community. These will be spacious, modern, and well-equipped cultural facilities, serving as community centers and meeting places for Party branches, the Fatherland Front Committee, and other organizations. They will also host cultural, artistic, and sports activities, as well as legal awareness campaigns, contributing to fostering a spirit of unity. Furthermore, these projects will improve the quality of cultural life, create a comfortable living environment, strengthen community bonds, and promote social activities in the area.

To construct these new community cultural centers, the People's Committee of Sa Pa Ward received strong support and consensus from local residents. Furthermore, these projects symbolize the local government's concern and care for the people's cultural and spiritual lives, contributing to the goal of building Sa Pa Ward into a green, sustainable, and smart tourist city.
