Mr. Vu Hong Van continues to be Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee

Mr. Vu Hong Van was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

On September 30, at the first Congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, Mr. Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, announced the decision of the Politburo on appointing the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Vu Hong Van was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Politburo appointed 68 people to participate in the Dong Nai Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Appointed to participate in the Standing Committee of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, including 15 people.

Mr. Vu Hong Van was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee; 4 Deputy Secretaries of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee: Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh (Standing Member), Mr. Vo Tan Duc (Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee), Mr. Thai Bao (Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board) and Ms. Huynh Thi Hang (Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province).

Speaking after taking office, Mr. Vu Hong Van hoped to continue receiving the attention and regular leadership of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat; the direction and guidance of the Central Committees, ministries, and branches; the unanimity and consensus of the Party Committees and provincial leaders through the periods and the support and response of all classes of people, intellectuals, businessmen, dignitaries, officials, and religions in the area.

According to the Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, this is a strong source of motivation for the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct the successful implementation of the resolution at the first Provincial Party Congress, building a green, prosperous, civilized and modern Dong Nai.

Mr. Vu Hong Van was born in 1976. In June 2018, he was appointed by the Minister of Public Security as Director of Dak Lak Provincial Police (previously Deputy Political Commissar of the Mobile Police Command, Ministry of Public Security).

In November 2019, Mr. Van was transferred to become Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police. In July 2022, the Minister of Public Security transferred and appointed him to the position of Director of the Internal Political Security Department.

In August 2024, the Politburo approved Mr. Vu Hong Van to hold the position of Deputy Head of the 13th Central Inspection Commission. In July 2025, Mr. Vu Hong Van was appointed as Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai province.
