On the morning of March 8, Meritorious Artist Phuong Hong Thuy and artist Tu Trinh visited artist Hong Nga after more than 12 years of not seeing her.

Artist Hong Nga burst into tears when she met the female artist who had acted with her many times, especially the tearful role of Hue, who was bullied by her in the play "Duyen Kiep" (1996) by playwright Hoang Song Viet.

"I was very moved when I met Ms. Hong Nga again, an example of artistic work and passion for the stage that I respect. Even though she has lost her memory, she remembered the role of the mother right away when I mentioned it. It was very emotional when I visited her" - Meritorious Artist Phuong Hong Thuy confided.

During this visit to her hometown, Meritorious Artist Phuong Hong Thuy visited the veteran artists at the Ho Chi Minh City Artists' Nursing Home; sent gifts including 5 lucky money envelopes (3 million VND each) to the artists: Thanh The, Ngoc Lan, Tai Buu Buu, Diep Tuyet Anh, Phung Trong.

On the evening of March 16, at Ben Thanh Theater, Meritorious Artist Phuong Hong Thuy will perform the role of Kim Anh in the excerpt "Doi Co Luu" with People's Artist Bach Tuyet, People's Artist Minh Vuong, and artist Linh Tam in the program "Khoi Nguyen vọng cổ - People's Artist Minh Vuong".
