Sharing about the role of dermatology in treating other diseases, at the scientific conference on Dermatology and Burns organized by Bach Mai Hospital on November 1, experts from the Dermatology Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City said that fillers (HA) are not only used in beauty for women, but also help increase the size of the "little guy" and improve premature ejaculation.

For men with premature ejaculation, filler injection will improve this condition, while increasing the size of the "little guy". The effect is obvious after 1 month of injection, the average improvement time is 2.6 times compared to before injection.
According to experts, the injection technique is not complicated, especially in cases where the penis is small in size and volume, but it needs to be performed by a specialist, with correct indications and injections.
Fillers are currently used in maxillofacial treatment such as: lip plumping, correcting gummy smiles, filling sunken cheeks, and correcting some defects after cancer surgery.
Fillers must be products of clear origin, licensed for circulation, and performed by a specialist to control complications.
High-tech dermatology
At the conference, experts affirmed that with the application of high technology and specialized tests, dermatology has contributed to perfecting the treatment model at general hospitals, helping patients recover quickly.
At Bach Mai Hospital, in the first 9 months of this year, the Dermatology and Burns Department has conducted 3,624 inpatient consultations and 5,671 outpatient visits transferred from other specialties. This not only helps in early diagnosis, complication management, and wound care, but also contributes to shortening the length of hospital stay for patients, improving the overall treatment efficiency of the entire hospital, and is an important "link" in perfecting the comprehensive treatment, recovery, and regeneration model.
Regarding the role of dermatology and burns in comprehensive treatment for patients, Associate Professor Vu Van Giap, Deputy Director of Bach Mai Hospital, said that dermatology and burns not only provide intensive treatment but also connect with many other specialties to provide comprehensive care for patients. The model at Bach Mai Hospital shows clear effectiveness when treating dermatology, burns, resuscitation, endocrinology, infectious diseases, rehabilitation, and nutrition in coordination.
According to reports presented at the conference, dermatology is not just about common skin diseases. With medical advances, dermatology has now become a specialty that applies high and modern technology, dermatologists participate in treating skin damage caused by radiation therapy; applying AI to support the diagnosis of skin cancer; modern microbiological and molecular biological testing methods (such as next-generation gene sequencing) in the diagnosis of dermatological diseases and rare dermatological diseases.
