As the unit managing and operating the power system in an area of over 18,000 km², with 1,639 employees, Dak Lak Power Company (PC Dak Lak) always identifies occupational safety and health as a central task in all its production and business activities.
Currently, Dak Lak Power Company has implemented electronic project logs; and applied artificial intelligence (AI) in image analysis to assess construction quality according to EVNCPC's schedule. The company has also digitized its power grid technical management using the PMIS program, improving the efficiency of monitoring, managing, and processing operational data. In addition, the unit has shifted from routine maintenance to condition-based maintenance (CBM).
