FPT Group acquires 10% stake in Daythree.

FPT Group announced a strategic investment in Daythree Digital Berhad (Daythree), a leading provider of business process operations and system management services in Malaysia.

With a 10% stake,FPT Group is Daythree's first foreign investor.

This transaction is expected to boost FPT Group's growth in the business process management (BPS) sector, particularly in AI-integrated BPS, and enhance its service deployment capabilities for large-scale enterprises in the Asia- Pacific region. FPT is implementing this transaction through its subsidiary in Malaysia.

With a 10% stake, FPT Group is Daythree's first foreign investor. Established in 2016, Daythree currently employs 2,000 technology experts fluent in English, Chinese, Malaysian, Korean, Japanese, and many other Asian languages, and possessing extensive experience working with leading clients in various sectors such as finance, telecommunications, and utilities.

Both parties expect that combining FPT's global service delivery capabilities and network with Daythree's deep expertise in business process management will deliver comprehensive solutions for large-scale projects with clients across the Asia- Pacific region.

This collaboration also opens up opportunities to diversify products and services for customers, especially AI-integrated BPS services and system management services. FPT expects this deal to help improve the services provided to customers, thereby increasing the payment rate of large customers.
