On 8/8, in the city. In Buon Ma Thuot, the Central Council for Theory and Criticism of Literature and Art, in collaboration with the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, organized a training conference on literary and artistic theory and criticism in 2023 with the theme "Improving awareness knowledge, qualifications, capacity, innovation content and methods of leadership and management of literature and art in the new situation".
Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Ky, Chairman of the Central Committee for Theory and Criticism of Literature and Art; leaders of the Propaganda Department of the provinces and cities and more than 300 students who are managers of propaganda, press, literature and art work in the southern provinces and cities.

At the conference, participants were equipped with 6 topics: Looking back on 15 years of implementing Resolution 23-NQ/TW on continuing to build and develop literature and art in the new era; Overview of the current literary situation; To renovate the operation of the Vietnam Union of Literary and Art Associations and the Central specialized literary and artistic associations in response to new requirements; Discuss the central character of current literature; Theoretical work, literary criticism, current art - Current situation and development requirements; Cultural industry and the position and role of literature and art in the development of cultural industry.
Comrade Nguyen Van Muoi, Standing Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and other provincial delegates attended the training.
Through the training course, to share and exchange experiences, to help trainees consolidate and master the viewpoints and development guidelines of culture, literature and art of the Party and State; raise ideological and artistic values, ensure freedom in literary and artistic creation; approach issues of innovation, capacity building, leadership methods, and management of literature and art in the current period... From that, apply them to work practice, do better the assigned tasks, actively contribute to fighting against wrong views in the field of literature and art, making healthy the cultural and artistic life of the country, protecting the ideological foundation of the Party in the new situation.
