In recent years, the spiritual life of the elderly (NCT) in the province has always been taken care of. In particular, the cultural and artistic movement is considered as one of the important and indispensable activities in realizing the goal of taking care of and promoting the role of the elderly today.
There are 396 villages and quarters in the whole province, 100% of villages and neighborhoods have established elderly associations. Some branches have a large number of members, so they have established more associations, increasing the number of associations to 480 groups. Artistic movements in the elderly at the facilities are always interested and attract many members to participate, creating a healthy and useful playground, contributing to improving the spiritual life, helping the elderly live a happy and healthy life, a happy living.
Mr. Phan Huu Duc, Head of the Representative Board of the Provincial Elderly Association said: With the attention and facilitation of the Party Committee and local authorities, the province's cultural and sports movement for the elderly has developed strongly and dynamically. useful playground, gathering a large number of the elderly to participate, contributing to building cultural life in residential areas, promoting the emulation movement "Advanced age - Bright example". Up to now, the Association has established 93 clubs with 3.705 elderly participants, of which there are 89 commune-level clubs and 4 clubs under the Provincial Committee of the Elderly Association. Focusing mainly on clubs of art, dance, physical training and sports, nursing, chess... In general, the Vietnamese culture movement in the branches of the elderly in the province has always been focused on developing and receiving participation. active participation of the elderly in the local Vietnamese culture movement. On major national holidays and local events, the Association actively organizes cultural programs to exchange and learn experiences between the clubs, thereby not only strengthening the association organization but also propagate and spread the message of happy and healthy living in the community.

The activities of art clubs are considered as the core of the current Vietnamese culture movement at grassroots level in general and the elderly Vietnamese culture movement at all levels in particular. The proof is that through the recent Provincial-level NCT Singing Festival 2023, which has attracted 100% of participating districts and cities. Right from the first day of organizing the singing festival at the grassroots level, there have been hundreds of performances and thousands of NCT actors actively participating, of which the oldest is 79 years old. With the spirit of "the higher the age, the higher" these are examples for children and grandchildren to follow when they are still active in their old age, enthusiastically practicing.
