The groundbreaking, inauguration, and technical opening ceremonies for projects and works celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam were simultaneously held at 79 online and in-person locations nationwide, symbolizing the 79th anniversary of the National Resistance Day (December 19, 1946 - December 19, 2025). Among these were 12 in-person locations (in the provinces and cities of Lao Cai, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hue, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, An Giang, Can Tho, Dong Nai, and two locations in Hanoi ) and 67 online locations.
The inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies took place in a solemn and joyful atmosphere, with the presence of central and provincial leaders, representatives from various departments and localities, and a large number of citizens and businesses.

The Phu Binh Industrial Park infrastructure construction and operation project covers an area of 675 hectares with a total investment of over VND 11,492 billion, and is invested by Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC (KBC). The Phu Binh Industrial Park is oriented towards developing into a concentrated, multi-sector industrial park, prioritizing the attraction of high-tech, electronics, automation, clean, environmentally friendly industries, and high value-added supporting industries. The project contributes to expanding industrial land, attracting domestic and foreign investment, creating jobs for workers, promoting economic restructuring, and contributing to the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province and the region.
Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, delivered a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony for the project.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan affirmed that Thai Nguyen holds a strategic position in national industrial development. Currently, the province has planned 19 industrial zones, of which 12 are operational, and 6 have an occupancy rate of over 90%. During the adjustment of the provincial planning, Thai Nguyen will continue to add 14 industrial zones, raising the total land fund for industrial development to over 16,000 hectares. Along with the advantage of multimodal transportation connectivity and a high-quality workforce, these are outstanding competitive advantages of the province in the northern region.
The Chairman requested that the investor proactively coordinate, focus resources, and strive to basically complete the land clearance of agricultural land by the second quarter of 2026, deploy synchronous infrastructure, and build infrastructure as soon as land is handed over to attract secondary investors. Local authorities are tasked with urgently clearing land and completing the infrastructure of resettlement areas; relevant departments and agencies should create the most favorable conditions for investors under the "24-hour green channel" mechanism. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee sent a message to the business community "together for development," affirming the strong political commitment of Thai Nguyen province to always consider the development of businesses and investors as the development of the province.

The Thai Nguyen Stadium construction project is a large-scale provincial-level sports facility with 22,000 seats and a total investment of nearly 536 billion VND, built on an area of 15.47 hectares. The facility is equipped with modern, integrated infrastructure, meeting the standards for hosting high-performance sports activities, tournaments, and large-scale cultural and sports events at the provincial and regional levels. Bringing Thai Nguyen Stadium into operation will not only contribute to improving the quality of facilities serving the mass sports movement but also create an architectural highlight and a space for community cultural and sports activities, enhancing the spiritual life of the people.

The social housing project on plots OXH-02, OXH-03, and OXH-04 in the Viet Han Urban Area, Pho Yen Ward, covers an area of 2.92 hectares with a total investment of over 982 billion VND, and is invested by Viet Han Capital Investment Joint Stock Company. The project aims to meet the housing needs of workers, laborers, and policy beneficiaries, contributing to the goal of developing social housing, ensuring social security, and serving the socio-economic development of the province.

On this occasion, 234 construction projects across 34 provinces/cities nationwide simultaneously commenced construction, were inaugurated, or opened for technical traffic. Of these, 148 projects commenced construction, and 86 projects were inaugurated or opened for technical traffic. There were 38 projects from ministries and agencies; 39 projects from corporations and general companies; and 157 projects from localities. The total investment for these projects exceeded 3.4 trillion VND (of which over 627 trillion VND came from state capital and over 2.79 trillion VND from other sources). This is a significant political and economic event, celebrating the 11th National Emulation Congress and the 14th National Party Congress, and creating a new impetus to promote growth in the coming years.
