Ms. Luong Thi Truong, Secretary of the Youth Union of the commune, shared: "Clearly aware of their responsibilities, the Youth Union members in the commune have carried out many youth activities demonstrating their responsibility to the community, such as activities on Saturday volunteer days, Sunday green days, building new self-managed youth road sections, planting flowers, building the 'Streetlights illuminating the countryside' model, social welfare activities, participating in building new rural areas, activities supporting youth entrepreneurship, career counseling, and job support for young people..."
Furthermore, during Youth Month, the Youth Union members in the commune strengthened coordination with the Trung Ly Border Guard Station, the commune police, and the Women's Union to organize the "March Border Month" program, with many meaningful and practical activities, including patrolling and protecting the border, border markers 314 and 315. Participating in the patrols, the Youth Union members, together with officers and soldiers of the Trung Ly Border Guard Station and the commune police force, inspected the condition of border markers and the border line, cleared pathways, and exchanged information on the security and order situation in the area, contributing to strengthening the close cooperation between the forces and building a solid people's border defense posture.
This activity also aims to disseminate information and raise awareness among youth union members and the people about national territorial sovereignty and border security; and at the same time, promote the sense of responsibility of young people in participating in protecting sovereignty and maintaining security and order in border areas.
In addition, to prepare for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and representatives to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, and to promote the pioneering spirit of youth, the Youth Union in the commune has implemented many specific tasks, contributing to ensuring that the nationwide election takes place democratically, safely, and in accordance with regulations. These tasks include beautifying the environment, organizing the simultaneous display of the national flag to create a solemn and vibrant atmosphere, and promoting propaganda and mobilization activities to encourage Youth Union members and the people to actively participate in emulation movements to welcome the election, contributing to the successful organization of this important political event of the locality...
In Tho Xuan commune, the Youth Union also launched many important projects and tasks, bringing practical results to the community. Among them, the most notable is the youth project "Digital transformation at the tomb of King Le Du Tong".
According to Hoang Thi Phuong, Secretary of the Youth Union of the commune, the tomb of King Le Du Tong is one of the typical historical sites in the commune. To contribute to the preservation and promotion of heritage values, and to promote the application of information technology in advertising cultural and historical sites, the Youth Union has developed a QR code introducing information about the life and career of King Le Du Tong, the tomb complex, and related documents. The project includes collecting and compiling content to ensure accuracy; designing and installing QR code boards at the site; and disseminating information and guiding people and tourists to use smartphones to look up information. Through a simple scan, visitors can access the full content quickly and conveniently, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda and traditional education for the younger generation.
Emphasizing the importance of March – Youth Month, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Le Ngoc Anh, affirmed: "From the past to the present, Youth Month has become an environment for young people to promote their pioneering role, volunteerism, and creativity, contributing to the fulfillment of political tasks and socio-economic development in localities and units. Through the activities of Youth Month, the front of solidarity and mobilization of youth is strengthened; the quality of youth union and association organizations is consolidated and improved; and the position and role of youth union and association organizations in youth and society are affirmed."
During Youth Month, the Provincial Youth Union developed a specific plan and called on all youth union branches in the province to actively organize widespread activities, linked to political tasks and the practical needs of each locality and unit, creating a profound impact on the community. In particular, emphasis was placed on implementing projects and tasks such as promoting the role of youth in digital transformation, building new rural areas, protecting the environment, and participating in social welfare activities...
Each project and activity during Youth Month embodies the pioneering spirit and aspiration for contribution of young people. Through this, an environment is created for Youth Union members to train, contribute, and mature, helping to form a generation of young people who live beautifully, possess strong character, intelligence, good health, and practical social skills to contribute to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
