(kontumtv.vn) – The 2025 Humanitarian Month , themed “Humanitarian Journey – Spreading Love,” aims to mobilize resources to support those in need, gradually change community awareness about humanitarian work, and contribute to spreading the spirit of compassion in society.

During the 2025 Humanitarian Month, Red Cross branches at all levels in the province simultaneously implemented communication and mobilization efforts to encourage community participation in the "Good People, Good Deeds - Working Together to Build a Compassionate Community" movement; connected and supported the construction of two Red Cross houses for the poor and those with particularly difficult circumstances, with a budget of 50 million VND per house; provided livelihood support of 15 million VND each to two poor households with difficult circumstances; organized health consultation and medicine distribution programs; visited and presented gifts to families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, veterans, wounded soldiers, and martyrs with difficult circumstances. Along with this, they intensified communication efforts, aiming to attract 1,000 participants in running and walking activities in response to the "Million Steps of Compassion" program, conquering a total distance of 30,000 km, and mobilizing resources equivalent to over 30,000,000 VND to support humanitarian activities.
