(GLO) - The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just issued Decision No. 1660-QD/TU on the establishment of a Standing Unit to receive, guide, and answer questions regarding difficulties, obstacles, suggestions, and proposals from Party committees, units, and localities at all levels concerning the reorganization of the organizational structure and Party congresses at all levels.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee consists of 11 members, including: the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Director of the Department of Finance, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police in charge of the Provincial Police, and the Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

The Standing Committee is responsible for regularly monitoring, assessing the situation, and urging Party committees, units, and localities to prepare for and carry out the reorganization of the organizational structure and the organization of Party congresses at all levels; receiving, guiding, answering, or reporting and proposing to competent authorities to guide and answer difficult issues, obstacles, suggestions, and proposals from Party committees, units, and localities regarding the reorganization of the organizational structure and Party congresses at all levels in accordance with regulations.

The Standing Committee operates on a part-time basis and will dissolve itself upon completion of its nhiệm vụ. The Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department is the Standing Agency of the Standing Committee.

In addition, the members of the Standing Committee are authorized to use the agency's seal for their operations; they assign specialized departments within the agency or unit to receive, guide, and answer questions regarding difficulties, obstacles, suggestions, and proposals from Party committees, units, and localities; and they widely publicize the contact information of the specialized departments assigned to receive, guide, and answer questions so that relevant organizations and individuals can contact them for exchange of information.
