As a small business owner with over 20 years of experience trading at Thanh Cong Market, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh is delighted that she no longer has to worry about exchanging small denominations, counting money, or making mistakes when giving change to customers.

"Since we were instructed to put QR codes right at the counter, buying and selling has become much simpler. Buyers just choose the goods, I just weigh them, calculate the price, and then the customer transfers the money. Especially, each of us small business owners is equipped with a payment speaker, so we no longer worry about mistakes or losses," Ms. Minh said.

Cashless payments can be seen as the "lifeline" that unlocks investment resources and drives the breakthrough development of digital commerce. When the digital payment infrastructure is synchronized, online businesses, e-commerce platforms, and the platform economy will have the necessary foundation to accelerate their growth. It thoroughly solves the problems of traditional commerce, such as reducing order cancellation rates, while simultaneously protecting consumer rights through clearly tracked transaction history.

Through their approach and the motto of 'hands-on guidance,' the Youth Union members have gradually dispelled people's fear of technology, transforming abstract concepts of digital transformation into practical conveniences in daily life."
