TTH.VN - On the morning of June 2nd, information from the Department of Tourism indicated that Thua Thien Hue is piloting the implementation of accommodation notification via the ASM software at accommodation establishments and medical examination and treatment facilities.

Specifically, the Provincial People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 80/KH-BCĐ on the pilot implementation of notifying accommodation status via ASM software at accommodation establishments and medical examination and treatment facilities in the province.

The Steering Committee for Project 06 in Thua Thien Hue province has developed a plan to pilot the model of managing accommodation through the ASM software at accommodation businesses and medical examination and treatment facilities in the province. The goal is to effectively implement the accommodation management model through the ASM software, connected to the national population database, at accommodation and medical examination and treatment facilities, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management in security, order, tourism, and health , and contributing to the successful implementation of Project 06 in the province.

According to the plan, all accommodation establishments (hotels, guesthouses, homestays, etc.) and medical facilities throughout the province will implement guest notification via the ASM software. During the pilot phase, guest notification via the ASM software will be implemented at 15 accommodation establishments and 3 medical facilities for one month (from June 1st, 2023 to June 30th, 2023). After the pilot phase concludes, the Steering Committee will organize the expansion of the system in July 2023, following evaluation and implementation.
