(CT) - According to Can Tho City Tax Department, based on current regulations, for cases where land rent is paid annually from the second year onwards, the deadline for paying the land rent due in 2026, as per the tax authority's notice, is as follows: If paid in one lump sum, the deadline is May 31, 2026. If paid in two installments: the first installment is 50% of the total amount due, no later than May 31, 2026; the second installment is the remaining 50%, no later than October 31, 2026.

Taxpayers complete the procedures at the Can Tho City Tax Office.
