Notification of change of name and registered office location

Based on Approval Document No. 258/LAN-TTGSNH dated February 27, 2025, from the State Bank of Vietnam, Long An Provincial Branch, regarding the change of location for BIDV Moc Hoa branch;

Based on Approval Document No. 259/LAN-TTGSNH dated February 27, 2025, from the State Bank of Vietnam , Long An Provincial Branch, regarding the change of location for BIDV Ben Luc Transaction Office;

Based on Decision No. 3721/QD-BIDV dated May 28, 2025, of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) regarding the change of name and location of the BIDV branch office – Moc Hoa Branch;

Based on Decision No. 3737/QD-BIDV dated May 28, 2025, of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) regarding the change of name and location of the Ben Luc Transaction Office under the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank – Moc Hoa Branch;

Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Moc Hoa Branch respectfully announces

I. Changes to the name and location of the Moc Hoa Branch of the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank are as follows:

1. Change the branch name:

- Former name: Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank - Moc Hoa Branch.

- New name: Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank - Tan Long An Branch.

2. Change of branch office location:

- Old location: No. 6, 30/4 Street, Ward 1, Kien Tuong Town, Long An Province, Vietnam.

- New location: 34A Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Ben Luc Town, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, Vietnam.

II. Changes to the name and location of the Ben Luc Transaction Office under the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank, Moc Hoa Branch, are as follows:

1. Change the name of the Branch Office:

- Former name: Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank - Moc Hoa Branch - Ben Luc Transaction Office.

- New name: Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Kien Tuong Transaction Office.

2. Change of branch office location:

- Old location: 34A Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Ben Luc town, Ben Luc district, Long An province, Vietnam.

- New location: No. 6, 30/4 Street, Ward 1, Kien Tuong Town, Long An Province, Vietnam.

III. Changes to the names of the Transaction Offices under the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank, Tan Long An Branch, are as follows:

- Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Thu Thua Transaction Office.

- Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Thanh Hoa Transaction Office.

- Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Tan Thanh Transaction Office.

- Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Binh Phong Thanh Transaction Office.

- Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank – Tan Long An Branch – Vinh Hung Transaction Office.
