Recall of batch of cleaning solution and essential oil violating quality

On September 10, the Drug Administration of Vietnam ( Ministry of Health ) announced the suspension of circulation and nationwide recall of the Ori Women Pluss Feminine Hygiene Solution product - Box of 1 bottle of 120ml.

The product label shows the receipt number of the Declaration Form: 19052/24/CBMP-HN; Batch number: 160324; production date: March 16, 2024; expiry date: March 16, 2027. The organization responsible for bringing the product to the market is Bao Minh Chau Herbal Medicine and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (current address: 392 Nguyen Luong Bang, Phu Lien Ward, Hai Phong).

The product manufacturing unit is SJK Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Biotechnology Company Limited (Lot CN2, Phu Nghia Industrial Park, Phu Nghia Commune, Hanoi ).

The reason for the recall was that the test sample did not meet the quality standards for microbial limits.

The product batch LD Perfume Oil - Box of 1 bottle of 12ml, a type of perfume essential oil, was also recalled nationwide. The product label shows the batch number: LD043979; expiry date is 36 months after opening. The organization responsible for bringing the product to the market is LD Group Trading and Production Company Limited (current address: 325E, KV1, Cai Rang Ward, Can Tho).

However, the box label does not have the production date information, the bottle label does not have the production batch number information.

The product batch was recalled due to double violations: the test sample did not meet the quality standards for sensory indicators and the circulating cosmetics had labels that did not meet the labeling requirements according to regulations.

The Ministry of Health's agencies request the Department of Health of provinces and cities to notify businesses and cosmetic users in the area to immediately stop selling and using the above batch of Ori Women Pluss Feminine Hygiene Solution - Box of 1 bottle of 120ml and the above batch of LD Perfume Oil - Box of 1 bottle of 12ml and return them to the product supplier; recall and destroy the above batch of violating products; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice...
