Prime Minister Le Minh Hung recently signed Decision No. 1118/QD-TTg appointing Lieutenant General Truong Manh Dung, Commander of Military Region 1, to the position of Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army.
This decision takes effect from June 22, 2026.
