During the period 2019-2024, the emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement of the 330th Division underwent comprehensive reform, from leadership and command awareness to implementation; this served as a driving force for the unit to excellently fulfill its assigned tasks. Specifically, the results of annual inspections met and exceeded the targets set in the resolution; over the past five years, the Division has had 17 collectives recognized by the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 9 as "Excellent Training Units" and "Excellent Physical Training Units".
In the coming period, the Division Party Committee and Command will focus on leading and directing comprehensive and specific reforms to improve the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement, in accordance with the requirements and tasks in the new situation. In particular, they will effectively implement the three breakthroughs identified in the Resolution of the 10th Division Party Congress, term 2020-2025: improving the quality of training and exercises; strengthening the building of regularity, discipline, and law enforcement; enhancing the capacity, sense of responsibility, and moral character of cadres and Party members, especially leading cadres at all levels; and focusing on building strong Party organizations within the Division in terms of politics , ideology, organization, ethics, and personnel, in conjunction with building strong, exemplary, and comprehensively strong agencies and units. Regularly foster and enhance the spirit, responsibility, and pioneering and exemplary role of cadres at all levels, promote democracy, high unity and solidarity, and be ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Colonel Le Cong Hanh, Political Commissar of the 330th Division, affirmed: “We have identified the main goals, directions, tasks, and solutions for implementing the Emulation and Commendation Movement and the Emulation for Victory Movement in the new phase. We will organize effective exchanges and learning, replicate advanced models, new approaches, and innovative methods… to promote the Emulation for Victory Movement of the division, developing it both in breadth and depth; contributing to the excellent fulfillment of assigned political tasks. Continuing the glorious tradition of our heroic armed forces unit, we will contribute to firmly safeguarding the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam.”
