At the same time, participate in research, application and service activities in science and technology to increase resources and improve the level of the organization.
In the past 10 years, the province has had many supportive policies to strengthen material and technical foundations for public S&T organizations in the area with the main activities of repairing the office. ; invest in necessary equipment to serve the professional requirements and working conditions of the units. International cooperation in science and technology activities faces many difficulties. The science and technology market has not yet developed, and has not created a motivation for science and technology organizations to actively participate in research and application of science and technology at the provincial level.
