From December 9 to December 12, 2022, CHIN-SU Pho Chili Sauce contributed to recreating the ancient pho space with a strong traditional culinary flavor. People from Van Cu village - the hometown of pho, along with thousands of visitors, witnessed talented chefs preparing pho and enthusiastically participated in the extremely attractive "Pho Day" activities taking place throughout the 4 days.

As a village with a hundreds of years old traditional profession of cooking pho, Van Cu villagers have never been able to immerse themselves in a large-scale pho space that attracts a large number of diners like this. Bringing the traditional pho flavor, besides dozens of stalls of Van Cu villagers, there are hundreds of stalls from many famous pho brands from different regions. At noon on December 11, the number of visitors from all over the country increased day by day, at many stalls, customers lined up waiting for the broth to boil so they could enjoy it. And of course, when eating pho, you cannot forget CHIN-SU pho chili sauce. A little bit of spiciness mixed with hot pho broth on a winter day in the North helps the pho become more flavorful than ever.

Previously, on December 10, 1,000 bowls of pho were served to “treat” the villagers of Van Cu village right at the village communal house yard. The festive atmosphere of the festival spread to all ages. Babies who could not walk were also held in their arms, the old people and elders in the village were also present very early, the young and middle-aged people of the village, even though they worked far away, also came back to attend the festival. It seemed that people were used to eating pho with CHIN-SU chili sauce, on all tables CHIN-SU pho chili sauce was indispensable. Mrs. Vu Thi Nhung, 79 years old, hamlet 9, Van Cu village, holding her grandchild in her arms, while enjoying pho, said: “Every time I eat pho, I add this chili sauce. Even when I eat dishes at home and when I sell pho to customers, I always have CHIN-SU chili sauce on the table.”

Also on the morning of December 10, nearly 20 ambassadors and diplomats working in Vietnam had a chance to experience Vietnamese pho in Nam Dinh, known as the "cradle" of Vietnamese pho. In addition, "Pho Day" also attracted a lot of attention from foreign tourists. Chad Richard Kubanoff, an American with a Vietnamese wife, famous for his pho videos on the TikTok channel @chadkubanoff with more than half a million followers, was also present in Van Cu village from December 9. He shared: "I can give a bowl of pho to almost anyone on this planet and they will not feel worried about trying it, and even if they don't eat beef, we can serve them chicken pho. It's hard for anyone to resist a bowl of hot, flavorful, rustic and pleasant "soup". He also confidently commented: "It is hard to imagine a dish that can do better than pho in promoting Vietnamese cuisine around the world."

As an annual event to honor traditional pho in particular and Vietnamese culinary culture in general, "Pho Day" is also a bridge for individuals and organizations to accompany and contribute to spreading the taste of Vietnamese culture to the people and international friends. Ms. Le Thi Thiet, President of Nam Dinh Culinary Culture Association said: "I am very happy that one third of the flavors that stand out in a bowl of pho is the combination of CHIN-SU chili sauce. They have worked hard to achieve the traditional chili sauce flavor without losing the aromatic flavor of the beef. Moreover, pho restaurants really need chili sauce products like CHIN-SU is aiming for, specifically for Vietnamese pho, which both ensures food hygiene and safety and is very convenient for pho restaurant owners."
