Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department organizes a lottery to select "Lucky Invoices".

BAC NINH - On the morning of December 19th, the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department organized a lottery program to select "Lucky Invoices" for the first and second quarters of 2025. Attending the program were representatives from several provincial departments and agencies, along with all members of the Provincial Supervisory Council.

According to the program's regulations, for the Bac Giang province area before the merger, the prize structure was as follows: 1 First Prize, worth 5 million VND; 3 Second Prizes, each worth 3 million VND; 5 Third Prizes, each worth 2 million VND; and 6 Consolation Prizes, each worth 1 million VND.

For the Bac Ninh province area before the merger, the prize structure was as follows: 1 First Prize, worth 15 million VND; 3 Second Prizes, each worth 10 million VND; 5 Third Prizes, each worth 5 million VND; and 10 Consolation Prizes, each worth 1 million VND.

At the event, in the presence of the Supervisory Board, the Organizing Committee randomly selected over 101,000 eligible invoices for the prize draw. These invoices were issued in the first and second quarters of 2025 by taxpayers and are managed by the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department on the centralized electronic invoice system of the Tax Department.

After four rounds of draws, the program awarded 4 first prizes, 12 second prizes, 20 third prizes, and 32 consolation prizes. Specifically, the first prizes for the first and second quarters in Bac Giang province (before the merger) went to Ms. Duong Thi Nguyet, who purchased goods from Dung Tien Trading and Service Co., Ltd., and Mr. Vi Van Lam, who purchased goods from Tien Thanh Production, Trading and Service Co., Ltd., respectively. The first prizes for the first and second quarters in Bac Ninh province (before the merger) went to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thien, who purchased goods from the Northern Branch of 4 Oranges CO., LTD, and Ms. Tran Thi Thuy Van, who purchased goods from Gia Thuan Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, respectively.

Reportedly, the "Lucky Invoice" program, implemented by the Tax Department, aims to encourage consumers to request electronic invoices from sellers when purchasing goods and services; thereby improving compliance with tax laws, combating revenue loss, creating a fair and transparent business environment, and protecting the legitimate rights of consumers.

In Bac Ninh province, the program has been implemented since 2022 and has achieved positive results, spreading widely and receiving the consensus and support of the people, businesses, especially households and individual business owners. After the tax department's organizational structure became operational under the new model, the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department advised the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to issue Decision No. 1686/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2025, on the establishment of the Supervisory Council for the implementation of the "Lucky Invoice" program in Bac Ninh province. This is an important basis for the program to be organized strictly, objectively, and in accordance with regulations.

The detailed results and winners of each prize will be publicly announced by the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department on its website and through provincial media outlets on the same day after the "Lucky Invoice" program ends, and the results will be sent directly to each winner.

Individuals who won prizes in the first and second quarters of 2025 should contact the Bac Ninh Provincial Tax Department to claim their prizes within 30 days of the announcement of the "Lucky Invoice" program results. After this deadline, the "Lucky Invoice" selection will no longer be valid for prize redemption.
