In an open atmosphere, the leaders of the Provincial Business Association reported to the provincial leaders the results achieved since the 4th Congress, term 2023 - 2028 up to now. In particular, it was emphasized that in recent times, the Provincial Business Association has always received the attention and direction of the provincial leaders, the coordination and support of departments and branches in removing difficulties, orienting development and helping businesses always quickly access many policies and guidelines of the Party and State in the process of innovation. The Association's Executive Committee and members always unite to build an increasingly strong organization, acting as a bridge between businesses and local authorities and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members. In addition, the Association has done a good job in social security, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary also announced the policies of the Party, the State and the province for enterprises and entrepreneurs, focusing on Resolution 68 of the Politburo on private economic development. Based on the contents of the Resolution, Ha Giang province has also issued a plan to soon implement the Resolution into life. The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the Provincial Business Association should closely follow the contents of Resolution 68 to thoroughly grasp and concretize the Resolution; from practice, detect difficulties and shortcomings to propose and advise the province to resolve and remove them. The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the business community should improve capacity, professionalism and dynamism in accessing resources on land and capital, and seeking opportunities for investment, production and business.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested departments and branches to review administrative procedures, have a roadmap to cut unnecessary and cumbersome procedures; increase meetings and exchanges with the Provincial Business Association to resolve difficulties and obstacles. In the context of provincial merger, there will be more challenges but also many opportunities, the Provincial Business Association needs to prepare a ready mindset to operate immediately after the province merger.
